The board wished Karen Boyle, who is departing the staff next week, the very best for the future and thanked her for her time in the school. Next term the school will welcome back Fiona Biesty and Justine Purcell, who will job share.

The meeting was informed that four new iPads have recently been purchased and will be available for the students to use in September.

During the summer months, the wall at the side of the teachers’ carpark will be renovated, as it is looking very dilapidated.

There are some events of note in the final week of term. Book rental night will take place on Tuesday (June 19th) in the school, from 6.30 – 7pm. Parents who wish to pay their book rental fee for the next school year in advance can do so during this time. The sixth class students are leaving us for secondary school. A graduation ceremony will take place in the school on Wednesday afternoon to bid them farewell.
